As a Cloud Operations Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and technical excellence within our Cloud Development team. You will lead a team of skilled cloud developers, guiding the successful design, development, and deployment of highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions for our customers globally.

In this position, you will be responsible for influencing the development and delivery of cloud-based applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability. As a leader at Honeywell, you will also play a crucial role in developing and supporting your team members to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. Your role will involve building a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Raleigh, NC office on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage the Cloud Operations team, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based solutions • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and optimizing processes • Ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud infrastructure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational gaps and opportunities • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our cloud operations

YOU MUST HAVE • 5+ years of experience in cloud operations leadership or a related field • Experience with Azure Infra-as-Code using ARM/Bicep or Terraform • Experience with Azure network topologies, App Gateway configurations, DNS record management, firewall management, and CA certificate management • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, technologies, and best practices

WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Knowledge of Kubernetes pod deployments and configuration using Helm charts deployments • Experience with Databricks or related Data Management technologies(Hadoop, Snowflake etc.) • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools • Experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure at scale • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for continuous learning and professional development • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and motivational skills
