Clow Valve has an opening for a 3rd shift Iron Grinding Utility- 9pm-7:30am
Starting Rate of Pay: $25.06
Health Insurance Available after 60 days
The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but are not limited to the following:•General Clean up of area•Lock out and tag of equipment if necessary•Removal of excess metal from part by using proper grinding tool.•Inspecting finished castings for quality
Qualifications: Qualifications
The qualifications of the successful candidate will include but are not limited to the following:•Frequent lifting/carrying of up to 10 lbs, some lifting of up to 50 lbs.•Frequent lifting greater than 40 times per hour.•Bending/ twisting/ and standing for greater than 8 hours.•Ability to read and write and understand training and instruction.•Ability to work in extreme heat.•Must be able to utilize and work around moving machinery.•Must be able to utilize proper PPE including: respirator, metatarsal guarded boots, eye protection, hearing protection, apron, gloves and sleeves.
