**The Addison on Long Bayou apartments in Seminole, FL has an opening for a Part- Time Night Attendant! Approximately 17 hours per week. (www.liveattheaddisonlb.com)**

**Monday- 6pm-9pm**

**Friday- 6pm-9pm**

**Sat- 5pm-9pm**

**Sunday- 12pm-7pm**

The CLUBHOUSE ATTENDANT ensures the clubhouse/office area, including pool area are well maintained and being monitored either during or after regular office hours. The CLUBHOUSE ATTENDANT will contact a person of authority should any situation warrant an action or decision not included in his or her duties and responsibilities

* Always maintains awareness of proper safety precautions.

* Oversees the condition of the clubhouse, and all other areas as designated by the Property Manager and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe or inadequate conditions.

* Communicates with Maintenance Supervisor and office staff (Property Manager, Assistant Manager, and leasing team) about any outstanding issues.

* Must be aware of the condition of physical property throughout the community and immediately notify the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor of unsafe conditions, e.g., broken gates leading to the pool, broken steps, open holes, broken/burned out exterior and common area lights.

* Physically walks and monitors the clubhouse and amenities to include:

+ Clubhouse

+ Theater Room

+ Fitness Center

+ Business Center

+ Pool area/Fire Pit

+ Tanning room

+ Wine Rooms

+ Other Common Areas (as needed per property)

* Lock up duties for amenities and clubhouse.

* Reports all major repairs and/or needs to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager prior to any expenditure of funds.

* Distributes communications to residents, e.g. upcoming events, pest control notices, newsletters and any other notices for residents as requested.

* Helps clean and maintain clubhouse areas, assuring unused areas remain locked when not in use.

* Ensure residents and guests follow amenity and community usage rules and close all areas at the appropriate time.

* Ensures no minors utilize the amenities unsupervised by an adult
