Job DescriptionFind your purpose with CentraCare working as a CMA at our Paynesville Clinic! In this role you will room and document thorough medical history from patients, communicate results and relevant medical information and ensure the day-to-day activities of the walk-in clinic are completed efficiently and on time among other duties. To be successful in this position, you will need to work well both independently and with others, have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should have the ability to assess, problem solve and handle tasks as they arise. On occasion, this position may work at our Richmond and Eden Valley Clinics.

- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Paynesville Clinic
- Monday - Friday | 7:30 am - 5 pm
- Approximately every 11th Saturday | 7:30 am - 12 pm
- Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $18.90 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $18.68 - $28.01 per hour
- $2,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates

- Qualifications
- Graduate of an American Association of Medical Assistants
- Certified Medical Assistant in MN
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
- Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Paynesville Clinic and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
