JOB DESCRIPTION:
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Planning educational activities that will involve contacting/interacting with speakers, managing paperwork and accreditation files to maintain compliance, conducting educational activities/meetings, and utilizing software tools to complete required aspects of record keeping/team communication. This role will work closely with the Accreditation and Performance Analyst and the Manager of ODL in the role of CME Coordinator, ensuring daily operations necessary for program compliance are met.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in meeting/event management, business administration/project management, or other equivalent area of focus preferred.

License/Certification Required: CHCP preferred, Crucial conversation training/experience preferred, Customer service experience preferred
Minimum Work Experience: 2 years in workforce

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Becomes and maintains familiarity with ACCME compliance criteria and standards and ETCH CME policies
Planning/executing assigned elements of CME activities, maintaining ACCME compliance
Maintaining activity documentation, following existing processes
Work with software systems utilized to support planning/execution/evaluation of CME activities
Conducts self-audits to ensure ACCME compliance
Other duties as assigned
