This individual must keep our contracted buildings in a clean and orderly condition.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED: Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Occasionally carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Follow a direct schedule that is assigned to you Document inventory updates for job locations Highly Organized, Self-Motivated, & Great Attitude Excellent Communication Skills High Attention to Detail and Very Strong Customer Service Skills Always exhibit a clean and professional appearance Duties as assignedOTHER INFORMATION:
- A satisfactory background check and drug test will be required for this position.
- Heavy lifting up to 25 lbs. or more may be required.

- Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

CMS will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis.
