Job Description:We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for the evening shift. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our residents/patients.Responsibilities:- Assist residents/patients with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team.- Assisting in transferring or repositioning residents/patients as needed.- Assisting with meals and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.- Documenting resident/patient care in accordance with facility guidelines.- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents/patients.- Maintaining a clean and organized environment.Qualifications:- Valid CNA certification from an accredited program.- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.- Must pass a background check and drug screening.Benefits:- Competitive starting rates ranging from $18 to $19 per hour.- Shift differential pay of $3 during weekdays and $3.50 during weekends.- Comprehensive healthcare benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision.- Retirement savings plans and opportunities for career advancement.- Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays).- Ongoing training and development programs.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and availability.
