Now hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Certified Nurse Aides! We have openings for multiple shifts, or the ability for staff to work Day, Evenings or Overnights exclusively.

$2,000 sign on bonus for Full-Time
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Assessing the nursing needs of each Resident on an ongoing basis.
- Providing supervision, instruction, and leadership with Resident care responsibilities.
- Ensuring documentation is completed.
- Identifying and delegating tasks to be completed.
- Performing and documenting treatments.
- Evaluating/communicating effectiveness of treatments.
- Assisting in Resident/Family education as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Household Nurse, Nurse Manager, or other leadership.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a NYS Certified Nurse Aide required at the time of hire. Will consider newly certified.
- Prior experience in health care setting is preferred.
- Prior experience working with the elderly is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Must be kind, patient, gentle and organized.
- Must be able to respond with flexibility to household needs.
- Must be available for Holidays and Weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Computer skills required.
- Be a team player and work cooperatively with all staff in the facility.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language in an understandable manner.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodation may apply.)
- Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with Residents, staff, visitors, volunteers, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions and circumstances.
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
