**New 2p-10p shift differential, $4 added to base wage per hour!***We are offering a new Baylor schedule! This schedule will provide you to work weekends ONLY, allowing you to have Monday through Friday OFF. CNAs work - 31 hours over Saturday & Sunday, but get paid for 37.5 hours. Nurses work - 32 hours over Saturday & Sunday, but get paid for 40 hours. Here's what you will do: *Provide for patient's personal hygiene: bathing, shampoos, shaves, assist with showers*Provide daily living activities: assist with meals, feeding, fresh water, and nourishment*Provide comfort to residents: positioning and repositioning patients as needed or desired*Perform I&O: check for vitals and weight; specimen collection*Provide effective delivery and care in the orientation of new employees*Utilize resources safely and efficiently*Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents & co-workers*Transport residents and equipment as needed*Promptly and politely answer residents' call lights and requests*Report observations of a resident to the nurse in charge of the patient to ensure professional assessments*Instill confidence in residents by maintaining a positive attitude, neat and clean appearance, and competent and caring performance*Perform other duties as assigned and/or required**In special areas, perform duties as defined on specialized skill set**With specialized training and written approval, may perform additional and specialized tasks pertinent to the assigned areaEssential For You To Have as a GlenOaks Senior Living Campus CNA:*Have and continue acceptable Criminal Background Report *Have and continue clean Sex Offender Report*Have and continue clean Child and Adult Protective Service Report*Understand, speak, read and write English fluently*Education, experience, and skills to perform required responsibilities*Ability to lift, push or pull at least 25 poundsIf you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: *Current MN Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) *High school diploma preferred (GED acceptable)*Successful completion of nursing assistant course or the equivalentKnow someone who'd be great for any of our Campbell Street Services facility roles?
