Promotes person-centered care for optimal quality of life. Duties include helping residents with activities of daily living. Additional duties include helping to support a clean-living environment, facilitating patient care and communicating with healthcare team and family members. *Essential Job Requirements* Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred License: Active New York State CNA Certification (Required) Qualifications: BLS and/or CPR certification preferred. Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language. Experience: Prior CNA experience preferred *Physical Demands* Never: Climbing Ladders Occasionally: Lifting/Carrying 26+ lbs Pushing/Pulling 50+ lbs Sitting.
