*Job Title:* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)*Job Location:* Utica, New York*Shift:* 8-hour Day Shifts & Eve both are available*Job Duration:* 13 weeks*Guaranteed Hours:* 37.5 hours per week*Pay Rate:* $25-$30Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care setting. The CNA will provide essential patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting a variety of patient populations including medical-surgical, orthopedic, dementia, and memory care. The role requires flexibility and the ability to float across all units within the facility.Key Responsibilities:* Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.* Monitor and document vital signs, intake, and output.* Provide comfort and support to residents, ensuring a safe and clean environment.* Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.* Assist with patient mobility and transfers.* Utilize the EMR system, PointClick Care, for accurate documentation.* Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state regulations.Requirements:* *Experience:* Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting.* *Licensure:* Active New York CNA license.* *Certifications:* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Job Types: Contract, Travel nursingPay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekPhysical Setting:* HospitalExperience:* CNA: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* CPR Certification (Preferred)* BLS Certification (Required)Ability to Commute:* Utica, NY 13502 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Utica, NY 13502: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
