Come work for a Company that offers you the opportunity to grow and advance in your career!Positions available (full-time or part-time):* AM Shift (5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.* AM Shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)* PM Shift (1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)* PM shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.)* Nights (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)* Nights (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)* Every Weekend with a $3.00/hour shift differential* Hours between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. include a $1.50/hour shift differentialFull-Time Benefits:* Competitive Pay with Shift Differentials* Health Insurance* Dental Insurance* Life and AD&D Insurance* 401(k) with a matching percent* Employee Assistance Program* Childcare Assistance* Aflac* Paid Time Off (PTO)* Flexible SchedulingResponsibilities:* Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and eating* Take and record patient vital signs and weight* Observe and record patient's conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor* Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices* Make beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patients* Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques* Treat all residents, family, and other visitors with respect, and engage with them in a tactful manner at all times* Comply with all safety and health regulationsQualifications:* High school diploma or GED preferred* CNA certification in Wisconsin* Prior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred* Must be in good physical health and able to lift and move patients, walk or stand for long periods of time and possess physical capability to perform job-related duties* Must be compassionate and personable* Strong attention to detail* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments* Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional mannerNEW Care, Inc. has been providing a variety of supportive living services to residents of Crivitz and the surrounding communities since 1965.
