Promotes person-centered care for optimal quality of life. Duties include helping residents with activities of daily living. Additional duties include helping to support a clean-living environment, facilitating patient care and communicating with healthcare team and family members.*Essential Job Requirements*Education: High School Diploma or GED preferredLicense: Active New York State CNA Certification (Required)Qualifications: BLS and/or CPR certification preferred.Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language.Experience: Prior CNA experience preferred*Physical Demands*Never: Climbing LaddersOccasionally: Lifting/Carrying 26+ lbs Pushing/Pulling 50+ lbs Sitting.
