Relocation and sign-on bonuses available!Key Responsibilities:Assess and monitor residents' health status and vital signs.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care plans.Maintain accurate records and documentation using EMR systems.Oversee and support floor staff to ensure high-quality care.Utilize transfer equipment safely and effectively.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Valid RN license in North Dakota (or compact license).Current CPR/BLS certification.Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care.Patient Population:44 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) residents and 12 Basic Care (BC) residents, supported by two nurses.Work Setting:Long-Term Care FacilityBenefits:401(k)Health, Dental & Vision insuranceDisability insuranceRelocation Bonus: Available (details provided at the offer stage).Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time positions.Experience:Minimum of 3 months of LTC nursing experience preferred, but we welcome new RNs!License/Certification:RN License in state of practice or compact license (required).CPR/BLS Certification (required).Travel Requirements:Willingness to relocate for this opportunity?
