Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and the monitoring of patient conditions. Take and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship. Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team. Qualifications: Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification. Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices. Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being. Excellent communication and time management skills.
