  • Recruiting and onboarding caregivers
  • Coordinating schedules and shift coverage
  • Managing client relations and delivering top-notch customer service
  • Assisting with caregiver paperwork and maintaining office organization
CNA Duties:
  • Providing high-quality care to clients as needed
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Filling in for CNA shifts during call-offs
Requirements:
  • CNA certification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Flexibility to cover caregiving shifts as needed
  • Comfortable around pets
