Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling, located just 30-40 minutes from Poughkeepsie, NY, is currently seeking dedicated CNAs for all shifts. Positions available include full-time, part-time, per diem, and weekends only!

CNA Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents' health and report any issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with residents' personal hygiene and daily care.
• Prepare meal trays and track food and fluid intake.
• Feed residents and distribute nutritional supplements as needed.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment by making beds and organizing residents spaces.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bed-ridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Ensure confidentiality of all resident and facility information.

CNA Requirements:

• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current State Certification and good standing with the State Registry.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Must meet Department of Health requirements.
