We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for those that qualify through 12/31/24 Job Overview: Attalla Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA you will be responsible for performing direct resident care duties in accordance with the resident's assessment and care-plan. Assist with promoting a compassionate, physical and psychosocial environment, as directed and under supervision by your supervisors. Position Details: We have availability for fulltime (7a-7p) (7p-7a) or (3p-11p) . Fulltime schedules are rotating days and weekends - to be off every other weekend. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding Take vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Help patients with mobility and transfers Maintain a clean and organized patient environment Document patient interactions and care provided in medical records Qualifications: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state. Must maintain a current certification in the state throughout employment. Must achieve 12 hours on in-service education annually as required by federal regulation (as well as meet state requirements). Must have the ability to read and write in the English language and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish your job. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
