Our teams are staffed with personable, responsive professionals in their field who take pride in creating an environment that supports a healthy, happy, active lifestyle. We're currently looking for qualified and energetic CNAs to join our team of talented caregivers in our Supportive Living Center. This position will be Full-Time, 7a.m. - 7p.m. and work every other weekend. ROLE/RESPONSIBILITY:
- Plans organize, direct, and evaluate the delivery of resident care in a 191-bed, non-Medicare facility.
- Responsible for the direction of resident care rendered to all patients on the unit by licensed and non-licensed staff.
- Administers medications and treatments to patients as ordered by physicians.
- Oversees daily shift assignments, consistent with resident's needs and staffing guidelines.
- Gives guidance to personnel as needed and assesses changes in the health status of all residents.
- Assists physician with rounds as needed.
QualificationsROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered R.N. or LPN in the State of NC
- Certified Nursing Assistant
