Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating. You will also support our residents' emotional well-being by providing companionship and a listening ear. Additionally, you will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that all residents receive the highest quality of care.The position offers various shift options to accommodate different schedules: 7a-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. This flexibility allows you to choose the shift that best fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULTo excel in the CNA position at St. Joseph Living Center in Windham, possessing certain skills is essential.
