We're Looking for PT CNA 7a-3p Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents. • Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor. • Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team. • Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs. • Maintain a hygienic environment. • Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors. • Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed. • Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
