Adecco Medical & Science is working with our Long-Term Care clients in Rochester, NY to hire CNAs for their facility. We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to help make a difference in their community! Essential Elements of the Position Include: • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients and families. • Constructive communication with an interdisciplinary team. • Maintain professional working relationships with all associates. • Perform a variety of direct/indirect services for chronically ill residents. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program • CNA licensure in New York State - active and in good standing. • Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. • One (1) year geriatric CNA experience preferred, but not required. • COVID vaccine is required. These positions are per diem and all 3 shifts are available. Payrates range from $19.00/hour - $23.00/hour based on shift and facility worked.
