Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a CNA to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. You will work with our Pathways participants at our center location delivering cares.

The schedule for this role is Days 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday rarely working on weekends or holidays.

This position will pay up to $21.42/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participants homes. Assists in monitoring and reporting participants health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.

Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.

At IOWA PACE locations: Be at least 18 years of age according to Iowa State Regulation.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

Must have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
