Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity and social programs. Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse. Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help. Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed. Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.
