**This role qualifies for our Enhanced Weekend Program**
- Every weekend Enhanced Weekender position
- Minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 36 over the course of a weekend
- 6:30 am to 7 pm Saturdays and Sundays
- $20.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff + $5.00 Premium Differential (hourly rate commensurate with experience.
- 3 non-consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six-month period.
Hours and Pay
- PRN Available ALL SHIFTS
- Full Time Nights
- Part Time Days
- Every other weekend and Every other holiday rotation
- Starting $20.00 per hour + Shift differential
- Base rate to increase based on years of CNA certification

- Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity and social programs.
- Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
- Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
- Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
- Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.
Qualifications
- Active CNA license for PA
- Active CPR certification
