We are seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN CNA's to join our skilled nursing clinical team. We currently have openings on days & evenings and every other weekend. We are searching for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants with a strong desire to provide excellent care to our residents who reside in the skilled nursing center. YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL… * Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising. * Give treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed. * Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated. * Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed. * Answer signal lights promptly. * Change bed linens, make beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly * Works as a member of the team. * Gets along well with co-workers. * Accepts change in a positive manner. WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU… * Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required * Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) * Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards * Respectful and compassionate * Good time management skills * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Strong ethics * Physical endurance * Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression. * Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors. * Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. * Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
