Job Responsibilities* Implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents in nearby areas* Monitoring the conditions of residents and providing updates to the nursing team* Measuring and documenting the basic vital signs of residents* Helping residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs)* Promoting a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and by clearing areas of hazards* Transporting residents around the facility and assisting them with other movements, as needed during the day* Interacting with residents on a daily basis to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships* Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies* Bridging communications between, and among, staff and residents (and their family members)Qualifications and Skills* Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification* Understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology* Ability to communicate with medical professionals as well as patients/residents and their family members* High level of attention to detail* Lifting requirement of at least 50 lbsEnjoy the Work-Life Balance You DeserveAs you search for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) jobs, this is your chance to join a company that trusts you to manage your own schedule.
