Must be comfortable driving in snow and ice.*Certified Nurse's AideProvides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting residents; answering residents' call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the resident to the nursing supervisor.Documents by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.Maintains State and Federal guidelines by following policies and procedures.Protects organization's value by keeping resident information confidential.Enhances the nursing department by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. The facility has evolved from a TB Sanitorium in the 1920 s to a Tri-County Medical Care Facility in 1961. Our secure, special care unit and two Greenhouses further allow us to care for the current and future needs of the residents of the communities we serve.Our interdisciplinary team of nursing, therapy, dietary, social work, and activity staff work to create an individualized care plan to meet each resident s physical and emotional needs. In addition to complete rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy and restorative rehabilitation our staff physicians are always here for you and your family.But life at Pinecrest isn t all about healthcare!We know that Pinecrest can never replace home, but we try our hardest to make it as comfortable and home-like as possible by offering a variety of accommodations and services.Residents choose their own meals from menus featuring choices of entrees and side dishes.
