Requirements
- Valid unencumbered CNA certification
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and techniques
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
