Our care team has over 20 years of experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living & Long Term Care settings. Individual care plans are developed to assure that each resident's personal needs are met and residents only pay for services they need to receive.Suite Living is looking to hire professional and compassionate CNAs to our team The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. You must be active on the MN CNA registry for this specific role.RESPONSIBILITIESHelp clients take prescribed medicationAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the facilityAssist clients with personal care and hygieneHelp clients with physical therapy exercisesPlan and prepare meals with assistance from the Dietary ManagerPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their ownBe a pleasant and supportive companionReport any unusual incidentsAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyQUALIFICATIONSActive MN CNA Certification requiredMust be willing and able to pass medications (Training provided)Minimum of a High School Diploma requiredMinimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver required (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR)Experience in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting highly preferredExperience with Med Passing highly preferredMust have excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)Must be respectful and compassionate and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsSUITE LIVING OFFERSCompetitive pay Immediate PTO AccrualShift Differential Pay for NOC/Overnight ShiftAdvantage of working in a small homelike community living environment with excellent Leadership & Licensed Nursing onsite supportAdvantage of higher than normal standard care of staff-to-resident ratioPlease note, ALL shifts (PT & FT) are required to work an e/o weekend shift.
