Sub requirements - Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source and Skills Checklist. Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg. Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend. No Block scheduling accommodated. COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
