PAID position, at $18.00 per hour that consists of 20 hours of class and clinical experience, with the remaining hours spent as a Unit Aide. If you are accepted in the program, you will be a full-time employee earning your CNA license.Upon successful completion of the class, you will be placed in a full time CNA position at Dexter Healthcare, with the eligibility to receive a $2,500 sign on bonus (paid out incrementally in your paychecks) and a pay increase to $20.00 per hour! As a CNA, you will have the responsibilities and duties that includebut not limited to: - Assist with daily activities
- Help residents with personal hygiene
- Provide adjunct care for the patient
- Check vital signs and record daily information in the resident's chart
- Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
- Adhere to professional standards
- Follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
