College: SLCC Department: Academic & Student Affairs Sub department: Nursing, Allied Health & Safety Type of Appointment: Part time - Temporary Salary: $45/hr Duties and Responsibilities: * Objective observation and scoring of candidates demonstrating clinical skills. * Test Event Delivery & Security * Prepare for events by ensuring the site is correctly set up and cleaned up. * Control test area by maintaining a working knowledge of CNA Licensure policies and practices. * Greet examinees and verify identification. * Manage testing environment to ensure candidate flow. * Observe and rate candidates as they complete their practical exam Required Education: * Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted license in Louisiana. Required Licenses: * Active unencumbered driver's license. Required Experience: * One (1) year of experience in long term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age.
