You'll provide mobility support by using proper techniques and equipment to help residents with transfers, aiming to prevent falls or injuries. Monitoring vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate, is crucial, and you'll report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Observing residents' physical and emotional conditions, and promptly notifying the nursing team of any changes in behavior, mobility, or health status, is essential. Assisting licensed nurses with medication administration, ensuring accurate documentation, providing nutrition support, and maintaining infection control protocols are all part of your role.
