We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) trainees who are seeking to training and work experience who will be responsible for providing basic care to patients, monitoring their health, and assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures. The CNA will effectively communicate with patients and their families to ensure they are comfortable and well-informed of their care plan. These individuals will be placed in a fully paid training program and work for 1 year under the company and its guidelines. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities Assist in providing basic patient care, such as taking vital signs, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and helping patients use the restroom Monitor patients' conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and document progress Assist with transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and lifts Respond to patients' call lights in a timely manner Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Nursing Assistant certification Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
