**Adecco Healthcare & Life Science** is working with a new Long-Term Care client in _Rochester, NY_ to hire CNAs for their facility. We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to help make a difference in their community!**Essential Elements of the Position Include:**· Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.· Exhibit _excellent_ customer service and a positive attitude towards patients and families.· Constructive communication with an interdisciplinary team.· Maintain professional working relationships with all associates.· Perform a variety of direct/indirect services for chronically ill residents.**Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements:**· High school diploma or equivalent· Graduate of a State-approved CNA program· CNA licensure in New York State - active and in good standing.· Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.· One (1) year geriatric CNA experience preferred, but not required.· COVID vaccine is required.These positions are per diem and all 3 shifts are available.Payrates range from $20/hour - $20.50/hour based on shift and facility worked.**Benefits Include:** Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
