Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation follows in First Atlantic's long standing reputation for excellence in Long WageScale $20.00 to $25.00 Dexter Healthcare makes available an every weekendscheduling option to CNAs newly hired in the Nursing department on a limitedbasis. Employees must make a commitment to enroll in the program for twenty-six(26) consecutive weekends (six months). During this period, the employee willbe scheduled to work a minimum of three (3) twelve (12) hour or two(2) sixteen (16) hour shifts per weekend. Forthe purpose of defining this program, the weekend begins on Friday at 6:30amand ends on Monday evening at 7:00pm.
What you will receive as a FirstAtlantic HealthCare Weekend Warrior Employee - Apremium differential of $5.00 per hour will be paid for hours actually workedwithin the defined weekend time. This premium is in addition to any and allweekend differentials

ACertified Nursing Assistant's Job Responsibilities: - Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
- Assistance with showering/bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs
- Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures
- Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential
- Serves and protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures; federal, state, and local requirements
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining licensure
- Enhances nursing department and hospital reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

CNA Requirements: - HighSchool Graduate or GED
