RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCETo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. 4-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Prior experience in Trust Administration or Trust Operations preferred. 7+ years' experience in banking, financial services, or a related field required. CTFA professional designation preferred or must be willing to obtain. A background screening will be conducted.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to communicate clearly with clients verbally and in writing and be comfortable distilling complex topics into easy-to-understand summaries for clients who may not have a lot of knowledge in the areas in which they are seeking advice.
- TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to use telephone systems and possess good computer skills including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, debit card system, statement processing system, cash advance machines and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
