$500 Signing BonusGENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:Set-up and Operate CNC grinders.Perform all basic grinding required within the shop conforming to all specifications. Math and shop related knowledge a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Set-up and run any parts on CNC ID cylindrical grinders2. Inspect 1stpc and own work to meet standards3. Operate precision gauging4. Follow safety standards and procedures5. Can operate with little or no supervision6. Follow proper work instructionsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years CNC grinding experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to work with mathematical concepts using decimals.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.REASONING ABILITYAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
