We are looking for a skilled professional to become part of our growing team. This is a first-shift position that offers the chance to work in a clean, organized, and well-lit machine shop environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate manual and CNC ID/OD cylindrical grinders with precision.Familiarity with Kel-Varia and Toyoda machines is a plus, but not mandatory.Utilize G-code knowledge effectively (beneficial).Inspect parts using gauges to ensure they meet customer specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, adhering to customer and engineering requirements.Qualifications:Proven experience in setting up and operating CNC equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Soft Skills:Eagerness to learn and take detailed notes during training with experienced machinists.Job Type:This is a contract-to-hire position lasting approximately 4 months.Location:Fully on-site role based in Buffalo, New York.We invite you to be part of our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence!About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
