ARCH Cutting Tools is looking for an experienced grinder seeking to step into leadership that understands mid to advanced level grinding principles as well as how to run a team. Summary

- Manage production goals, ensure machines are running and jobs are assigned to machinists.
- Work to increase productivity and participate in weekly Team Lead Meetings.
- Troubleshoot any issues that come through your department
- Set up, operate, and maintain various grinding machines, surface grinding, OD, Bryant ID griding, etc.
- Supervise and train as needed - escalating serious situations to the Plant Supervisor
- Ensure your team is completing required safety training
- Report various metric to plant supervisor or General Manager
- Be a coach for your group while also working as an all-star grinder
