- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prior experience operating CNC lathes, with a focus on maintaining close tolerances.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and micrometers.
- Strong math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Mazatrol programming is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include:
- Operating CNC Lathe machines with precision to ensure quality production.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and micrometers to maintain exact tolerances.
- Following safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE such as steel-toe shoes, ear plugs, and safety glasses.
- Lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs as part of regular operations.
- Independently managing tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Programming with Mazatrol (a plus), while maintaining proper operation of the lathe.
- Working in environments with varying temperatures based on the season.
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and accuracy in all processes.

- 3rd shift hours vary between 8:30 pm - 7:00 am CST (8, 9 or 10 hour shifts) CST (8, 9 or 10-hour shifts)
- New starting rate of $20.00 plus additional increases!
