Eaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator- 2nd Shift.The hourly rate for this position is $19.50/hour + $2.50/hour shift differential per hour. Second shift hours are as follows, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you'll do:Eaton's Aerospace Division is currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator on the 2nd shift to join our team. Re-zero all axes and begin the machining process at the proper point in the program.• Identify non-conformances utilizing trace, CMM, and various inspection methods• Adjust and make offsets to bring parts within the tolerance• Properly place parts, casting, or stock in the machine securely and accurately• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, customer specifications, and internal drawings and procedures• Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing• Understand multi-screen functions, alpha and numeric keypads, and machine controls (i.e. alter, insert, delete, input, up, down, left, right, pos, prog, system, message, settings, network, etc.)• Operate and Understand the function of the mode switch and function keys (i.e. mem, mid, tape, edit, handle, job, rapid, zero return, SBK. OSP. BDT. PSM. PST.
