Participate in cross training for multiple positions for which you are qualified.

Lead company teams as required.

Be able to apply working knowledge of QA equipment required by plant processes.

Be able to perform required quality checks for each product.

Be able to read blueprints as required by the job.

Participate in TS/ISO registration, certification, continued compliance.

Productivity

Be intimately familiar with plant machinery.

Be intimately familiar with machine processes.

Be able to produce required quality parts.

Be able to operate a forklift in a safe manner as required.

Be able to operate a crane in a safe manner as required.

Be able to perform tool changes on machinery as required.

Be able to perform manual lifting as required.

Be able to perform shipping & receiving functions as required.

Be able to use computer software as required.

Perform additional duties as required by the company.
