(based on experience)Job SummaryThe CNC Machine Operator is responsible for preparing and maintaining CNC machines to produce machined parts, ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for hands-on training in a supportive manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines and production equipment following instructions, blueprints, and job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately set up machinery. Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions. Inspect products for quality per specifications. Identify and stamp parts for traceability. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform minor machine maintenance and report malfunctions as necessary. Follow multi-step instructions and collaborate with team members. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in a machining or manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented and team player. Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow multi-step instructions. Quality-focused mindset. Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
