JOB DUTIES:Set-up, operate and troubleshoots CNC lathes and millsKnowledge to process components through multiple operations to completeProficient in cutting tooling selection and troubleshootingKnowledge to inspect and validate components during process to pass final inspectionKeep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and calling for repairsWork with team on new products and samplesPerform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager or EngineerAdhere to all safety procedures and regulations to maintain an accident-free environmentMaintain a clean, safe work area, equipment and tools per 5S philosophyQUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2-year technical degree in machine shop technology or 2+ years CNC experience.Ability to read and interpret Blue Prints and inspection requirementsBasic computer skills (Windows)Demonstrate skills in teamwork, troubleshooting and achieve goalsPerform task with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed target completion datesWork independent or in team environment with minimal supervisionPersonal Competencies and Attributes:Agility – embrace change with enthusiasmPassionate and energetic – driven to deliver resultsResults oriented – willingness to learn new processesContinuous improvement culture – drive to improve self and companyPI6ddc9219322e-35216-#######2
