Description:Operate various CNC machines6am-4:30pmSkills:mazak, Lathe, millTop Skills Details:mazak,Lathe,millAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Mazak knowledge & experience3 & 4 & 5 axis mill setup experienceProduce large cast and billet parts using Mazak CNC vertical & horizontal mills. CNC lathe with live tooling and a Mazak Palletech high rise system.Performs complex set-ups for self and/or othersOperates and adjusts CNC machines such as, but not limited to mills, lathes, etc. in production of complex parts, assemblies, tooling and fixtures.Uses and interprets appropriate statistical quality data and is able to identify quality problems through use of said dataKnowledge of tooling speeds and feeds, offsets, and minor program changesBasic operational proficiency with multiple CNC machinesExperience with working in a prototype and first piece rapid machining environmentMust be able to use and interpret precision measuring equipmentWilling to take on challenges with a can-do attitudeHigh level of initiative, strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-throughDesire to work collaboratively as a team player as needed to complete projects.Ability to competently perform all essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, demonstrate a commitment to effectively deliver product, and the ability to work productively as a member of a team with a good and positive attitude.Uses appropriate shop math and trig to develop proper methods, and through experience and training; is able to select appropriate feeds, speeds and toolsWorks from drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions to produce work to close tolerancesUse various hand tools, such as but not limited to electric drills, drill press, grinders, files, Calipers, Micrometers and other measuring instrumentsMaintains and performs preventive maintenance on machines and related systemsSet up and Operate multiple, multi-axis machines simultaneouslyMaintains a clean, organized and safe workspaceOther duties as assigned.About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
