Job Details

Responsibilities:

Setting up and operating CNC machines to perform various functions such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

Understanding detailed blueprints and mechanical drawings and translating them to actual products.

Adjusting and reprogramming controls to manage speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as making sure the machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product.

Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.

Testing and modifying the finished product for quality assurance.

Maintaining machinery, performing routine checks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Ensuring the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
