Job Summary:- Role: CNC Machinist- Location: Hudson, NY- Model: Onsite- Type: Fulltime- Main Duties: Program, set up and operate a CNC machine, plan machining, program mills and lathes, calculate requirements, load material, maintain specifications, troubleshoot processes, address preventive maintenance requirements.- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, 7-10 years of programming or operation experience of CNC mills or lathes, technical school or training related to CNCs.- Experience: Experience in the plastics industry and with Tsugami or similar machines is helpful.- Required Skills: G and M Code Programming, detail oriented, verbal communication, tooling setup.- Physical Requirements: Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity, use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, sustained visual and mental applications and demands, occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying, quantitative/mathematical ability.- Other Duties: As assigned.
