CNC Machinists Lathe/Turning 2nd Shift
: Job Details :

Job Description • Set up and run up to two machines to fabricate precision parts • Load and unload parts in the machine • Start the machining cycle • Inspect dimensions of finished pieces • Change tooling as needed • Hold tight tolerance of +/- .0002 • Meet quality standards and production schedules Requirements • 2 years of experience making precision parts on CNC Lathe and/or Screw Machine (i.e. Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Miyano, Star) • Experience inspecting parts and using inspection tools • Experience working to very close tolerances (+/- .0002) • Good aptitude for shop math • Experience with changing tooling • Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet production schedule • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area • Able to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 40lbs Benefits Competitive compensation and benefit package, which includes: • Base salary plus incentive program • Paid time off • Medical, dental and vision insurance • Flexible Spending Account • Life insurance, enhanced short term and long term disability insurance • 401K Profit sharing plan • Employee Assistance Program • 529 College Savings Program • Stable organization with opportunities for future growth within the company
